Please note: The delivery is fulfilled via 3rd party courier services that we have partnered with & any delay taking place is completely out of our control yet our team will follow up on it until you receive the package.
For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, contact us or kindly check your order email for the tracking code.
If you are not satisfied with your order; you can return it in its original packaging within 2 days of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return postage of the item.
It is recommended the item be delivered via recorded delivery service so that the item can be tracked and this would be your proof of refund.
We are also happy to offer exchange on selected items that are not applicable for a cash refund.
(Certain electronics products cannot be returned if the original packaging/seal is opened)
(TV, Refrigerators, Washing Machine & other home appliances, kitchen goods with a value of over Rs. 15,000/- once sold will not be refunded nor accepted as returns)
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
Issue on color/product resolution/pattern
Please note that the images may slightly differ from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly differ from what you see.
All electronic appliances(s) are covered with a minimum warranty period of 6 months or more as stated on the warranty terms of the purchased product.
Warranty terms & conditions: As per the warranty card/invoice (signed/sealed) provided with the product.
Warranty period is mentioned either in the warranty card, invoice or in the description of the respective product.
Upon inspection of the product, anangmanang.lk/dealer will decide if the defect is covered under the warranty conditions.
If the defect is covered under the warranty conditions, anangmanang.lk/dealer will repair the product free of charge.
If the defect is not covered under the warranty conditions but is still repairable, customer can opt to get it repaired accepting to pay the relevant repair charges.
Beyond the warranty period; Customer can opt for paid repairs (Charges will apply).
anangmanang.lk/dealer may request the customer to visit the store if the product needs to be tested in front of the customer.
anangmanang.lk/dealer requires 7-14 days to inspect and repair/replace the product as per the warranty terms. If the parts are not available, this time can be extended up to 1 month or longer given the circumstances of the repair.
Customer should bring in the product for warranty claims to the anangmanang.lk/dealer stores/showroom or courier it for repairs. (Shipping charges to be paid by customer)
(i) Refunds are not applicable for returns, and the customer can opt for store credit or purchase of another product. (Only valid within 7 days of purchase & if product returned is in its original state)
